The Irrivive Story
Hey neighbors, I'm Trent — the owner of Irrivive Outdoor Property Solutions.
I started Irrivive as a local sprinkler repair company serving Parker, Castle Rock, Highlands Ranch, and the surrounding Colorado communities. I got into it because I was tired of seeing homeowners overpay for rushed, temporary sprinkler repairs that never actually fix the problem.
But as I worked on more properties, I kept hearing the same thing: "Do you also do decks? Fences? Patios?" The answer was always yes — I've been hands-on with construction and outdoor builds my whole life. So I decided to make it official.
Irrivive is now built from the ground up.
Today, Irrivive is your one-stop outdoor property team. Irrigation is still our flagship — sprinkler repair, leak detection, valve service, smart controllers, and seasonal care. But we now also handle the construction side: custom decks, patios, fences, retaining walls, pergolas, concrete, and landscape design. And come winter, we install permanent and seasonal holiday lighting.
When you work with Irrivive, you're working directly with me. I'm not a franchise, and I don't send out random crews. I take the time to explain what's going on, walk you through your options, and make sure the job is done right the first time — whether that's a sprinkler fix or a full deck build.
