1. Introduction

Irrivive LLC ("Irrivive," "Irrivive," "Company," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit irrivive.com, contact us, request an estimate, schedule service, receive irrigation or sprinkler services, communicate with us by phone, email, text message, or web form, or otherwise interact with us.

By using our website or services, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the practices described herein, please do not access our website or use our services.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

  • Contact information: Name, phone number (including mobile number), email address, billing address, service address, and preferred contact method.
  • Service information: Details about your sprinkler or irrigation system, requested services, property access details, appointment history, estimates, invoices, photos or notes related to service, and customer support records.
  • Communications: Messages, emails, call notes, voicemail information, text-message records, SMS consent records, opt-in/opt-out status, dates and times of consent, and customer support interactions.
  • Payment and transaction information: Amounts charged, payment status, invoice details, and limited payment-related information processed through our payment providers. We do not intentionally store full payment card numbers on our website or systems.
  • Website and device information: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, referring pages, form submissions, cookie identifiers, and analytics information collected automatically when you visit our website.
  • SMS opt-in data: Whether you provided consent to receive text messages, the date and time of that consent, and the opt-in method used (e.g., website form, booking form).
  • Information from third parties: Information from service providers, payment processors, scheduling tools, marketing platforms, analytics providers, business directories, referral sources, or public sources when relevant to providing or improving our services.

We collect information directly from you when you submit a contact or booking form, call or text us, request a service, or otherwise interact with us. Some information (such as website analytics data) is collected automatically.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to inquiries and provide customer support.
  • Schedule appointments, dispatch technicians, and provide irrigation and sprinkler repair services.
  • Prepare estimates, perform work, send service updates, issue invoices, and process payments.
  • Send appointment confirmations, reminders, technician arrival updates, service-related notifications, estimates, invoices, and customer support responses via SMS or email.
  • Maintain service records, warranty records, accounting records, tax records, and compliance records.
  • Improve our website, services, customer experience, and business operations.
  • Protect our business, customers, website, property, rights, and safety.
  • Comply with legal, tax, regulatory, insurance, dispute-resolution, and recordkeeping obligations.

We do not use your personal information for unsolicited marketing or promotional purposes without your explicit, separate consent.

4. SMS and Text Messaging

If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in to receive text messages from Irrivive LLC — by checking the SMS consent checkbox on our website, booking form, contact form, or other approved opt-in method — we may send you SMS or MMS messages related to your inquiry, appointment scheduling, appointment reminders, technician arrival updates, service updates, estimates, invoices, customer support, and other service-related communications.

If you separately and explicitly opt in to marketing messages, we may occasionally send promotional or seasonal service messages. Transactional and marketing opt-ins are kept separate.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opt-out: You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation and no further SMS messages will be sent, except as required by law.

Help: Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at trent@irrivive.com or 720-734-6100.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. Your consent to receive text messages is entirely voluntary and is not required to receive or purchase our services.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

No sale or sharing of mobile opt-in data for marketing: Mobile opt-in data, text messaging consent, and mobile phone numbers collected for SMS purposes will not be sold, rented, shared, or disclosed to any third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for their own marketing or promotional purposes. This information may only be shared with aggregators and providers of the text messaging platform and services used to deliver messages on our behalf, and only to the extent necessary to provide those services.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Irrivive LLC is not responsible for SMS delivery failures caused by your carrier, network outages, or factors outside our control.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent, trade, or share your personal information with unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service providers: With companies that help us operate our website, scheduling, communications, SMS delivery, email, payment processing, invoicing, analytics, customer management, and business operations — authorized to use information only as necessary to provide services to us.
  • Legal and safety reasons: When required by law, subpoena, court order, government request, insurance process, dispute, investigation, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Irrivive LLC, our customers, or others.
  • Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of all or a portion of our business assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to the same privacy protections.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including: providing services and honoring warranties; maintaining business, accounting, and tax records; complying with legal, regulatory, and insurance obligations; resolving disputes; and improving our services.

SMS opt-in and opt-out records are retained as required to demonstrate compliance with applicable messaging regulations. When information is no longer needed, we will securely delete or anonymize it in accordance with our standard data management practices.

7. Data Security

We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure. These measures include encrypted data transmission (SSL/TLS), access controls, and use of reputable third-party platforms.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. You acknowledge and accept that you provide your personal information at your own risk.
