App-controlled LED runs traced along every gable, ridge, and eave of this two-story front elevation — invisible against the trim by day, and the full roofline lit at night with the entry path and beds tied in.

Weathered pickets and a sagging gate that never lined up were torn out and rebuilt — new posts, straight dog-ear pickets, and a clean natural finish that turns the whole alley side of the yard into real privacy.

The whole front lawn came out and went back in as something that takes care of itself — a curving river-rock dry creek set in steel edging, boulders along the banks, and a deep mulch bed planted with low-water perennials and grasses.

Thin, patchy grass and bare dirt under the tree were cut out and replaced with fresh sod along a new curved edge, framing the existing brick pavers and a resealed bed around the trunk.

A narrow run between the house and the fence where the old path and edging had given out. Ground prep is done and the new surface goes in now — finished photos are on the way.
